A refund should never make your shoulders tense. I've written these as you might ask me after league, over a cup of coffee.

Can I get my money back if a book isn't right for me?
Yes. Ask within 15 days of buying, and you get the full amount back. No questions asked.
Every purchase has its own 15 days.
Where do I go to ask?
There are three ways. Use the refund link in Hotmart's purchase email. Log in to consumer.hotmart.com and open your purchase there.
Or write to business@swedishbowler.com, giving the email you bought with.
How and when does the money come back?
To the same card or PayPal you used. Most banks show it within 5–10 business days.
I cancelled during the free week. Will I be charged?
No. If you cancel within the 7 free days, nothing is charged.
Does the guarantee work for the membership too?
It covers the first payment. The same 15 days apply.
How do I cancel, and what happens next?
Whenever you like, at consumer.hotmart.com: open your membership, go into payment settings and pick cancel subscription. Or ask by email, and we help you do it.
Letters keep coming until the end of the month you've paid. After that, nothing more is charged.
I forgot to cancel. Can you help?
Within 15 days of that charge, send me a note. The same goes for any charge made by mistake. We'll take a look.
Doesn't unsubscribing end my membership?
No. It only stops the letters, not the payment. To end payments, cancel at consumer.hotmart.com.
What if it's been longer than 15 days?
Then the guarantee has closed. Still, if something is wrong, I'd like to hear about it. Please write.
